When selecting the right rug size, consider the following guidelines:

5x8 Rug: A 5x8 rug is perfect for small spaces. We recommend leaving 18-24 inches of exposed floor around the perimeter, with furniture legs placed off the rug.

8x10 Rug: An 8x10 rug will fill a seating area, with the front legs of all furniture placed around the edges. Again, leave 18-24 inches of exposed flooring.

9x12 Rug: A 9x12 rug is ideal for larger rooms, with all furniture placed directly on top to create an intimate, cozy atmosphere. As with the other sizes, leave 18-24 inches of exposed floor around the perimeter.
